I hear you on the computer massiveness (totally not a word)... i compete at our house too! Just glad on our end that business is picking up again. Guess I can't complain too much.
I totally agree that the Mexican dish that you love SO much is GREAT!
I look forward to eating it again sometime. After eating REAL Mexican food while visiting Natalie I don't know if I will ever be able to eat "Americanize Mexican" food again.

Sure is! El Mobley, yummmmmmmm. And it satisfies our frugal sides, as we split it and still have leftovers.
